Interactivity adds another dimension to the visitor attraction experience for the patrons.

AURA provides clever and innovative solutions to create interactive environments within visitor attractions such as wildlife parks, museums, galleries, trade shows and exhibitions.

  • Create a more interactive and interesting experience for the visitors, enhancing their overall experience at the venue/attraction
  • Allows the attractions to distribute information about specific exhibits as the visitor moves around the gallery. Provide personalised mobile-based guided tours around the galleries and museums
  • Share images of the artworks with the visitors by converting and optimising them into a mobile format and sending to visitors mobile phones and PDAs as they walk around venue/exhibition
  • Promote upcoming new artists and exhibitions through delivery of animated exhibition previews, calendar reminders and podcasts to the visitors mobile phone

Advanced Options - Mobile Attraction Guides

Customised mobile java applications can also be downloaded by visitors to give them a truly 'interactive mobile' experience when they are visiting the museum/gallery/exhibition.

For example the "Museum Buddy" mobile application allows the user to select from local maps, exhibition details, artist profiles, additional information about pieces on displayed. This also provides a new resource to drive merchandise sales and deliver promotions for sponsors and partners.

When connected to an intelligent BlueZone® network, the "Museum Buddy" allows the user to access relevant information relating to exact artworks or exhibits which the visitor is currently viewing. Patrons can download location-specific information such as MP3 podcasts from the artists or historians, or sound clips and images relating to the exhibit or even short videos of the production process of the specific artwork.

The "Museum Buddy", and all the downloaded information, is saved to the patrons mobile phone providing the user with access to this information/content after leaving the museum or gallery. Users are free to enjoy and 'revisit' their experience and share it with their friends and family.
